The owners of Dudley House on the Grove, Isleworth, STS Group Investments Ltd, wish to refurbish the current building and change its use to create up to 17 new flats. Since the start of this year, STS have had discussions with Hounslow Council planners with a view to making an application.
STS will hold an event on:
Wednesday 27 April 2016 from 5.00pm to 8.00pm
at St Mary’s Church Parish Centre, Osterley Road, TW7 4PW
This is taking place prior to the submission of a formal planning application to the London Borough of Hounslow so that residents and other stakeholders can view the emerging proposals and provide feedback.
The owner’s agents, Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners, advise that this event is designed as an informal drop in session. There will be brochures and wall posters outlining the scheme, showing floorplans and elevations. The design team and developers will be there to talk through the proposals, answer questions and receive comment.
After Dudley House ceased trading, its subsequent marketing created interest, not least last summer when two separate planning applications were submitted for the removal of its nursing home status.
